  • Oversee recruitment and hiring process
  • Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
  • Updates job requirements when needed
  • Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
  • Conduct initial interviews to hire qualified applicants about their experience, education and skills
  • Conduct new employee orientations, on-boarding, training programs and process paperwork
  • Conduct or help with new employee orientation and training
  • Maintain employment records and maintain employee records
  • Direct disciplinary procedures
  • Represents employer in community and recruiting events
  • Answers employee questions and addresses employee concerns with company; including employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
  • Conduct exit formalities
