Generate new leads and build a healthy sales pipeline by prospecting through various outreach efforts including email, social media, calls, webinars, etc.

  • Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails.
  • Identify prospect’s needs & suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Set up meetings (demos or calls) between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives.
  • Following up & provide support to prospects and current clients.
  • Achieve milestones as per your role level & sales targets.
  • Maintaining & sharing sales reports (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly).
  • Maintain communication with marketing & product team to keep yourself updated with product changes, use that
  • knowledge to update prospects & current customers.
  • Support marketing & product team in updating & maintaining documentation.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
